The program is aimed at young sales staff with limited sales experience. In an interactive form the participants have the opportunity to learn and practice the steps of the sales call. The role of the Sales Manager is critical in achieving the company objectives. The responsibilities range from motivation of the team communication of goals to setting objectives and evaluate the performance of the sales staff.
