Transactional Analysis
Transactional Analysis is a method developed in the United States in the sixties and seventies. It helps to better understand our own behavior and of course that of others. It is the basis for the win-win attitude that we should look for in day-to-day relationships if we want a more rewarding life. The participants will become familiar with basic concepts of Transactional Analysis to successfully analyze transactions.
In the program we will help participants to understand the factors that can make communication either a smooth and friendly process or a minefield where each statement can start an argument.
Topics include:
- The concept of "stroking"
- Understand different kinds of behaviour
- The concepts of "parent", "adult" and "child"
- The dynamics of the "I am OK, you are OK" attitude
